It's Elf Season!
Our Elf on the Shelf has officially arrived and I don't know who is more excited, me or my daughter.
For years, I have been following all of the hilarious memes that parents come up with to entertain their little ones. So this year, I spoke with my husband and decided that we would give it a try. Here's our newest friend on our CleverMade LockBox, waiting for us to find him.
Our elf arrived just after Thanksgiving and Sofia was super excited. She didn't really understand the "magic" behind it until we read the storybook that was given to her by her cousins in South Florida.
So, last night, our new elf friend surprised Sofia in her room and officially introduced himself before bedtime with a very special hello made possible by our friends at Sleepovers & Co!
Sofia was so excited to see him, but the biggest problem of all is getting her not to touch him. Fingers crossed we can make it through the holiday season without our new elf, Turtle, getting lost or being magically sent back to the North Pole.
If you have a brand new elf or are continuing last year's tradition, I decided to include a few ideas for you to use. See below for great links and a fun cheat sheet that shares activities for parents to follow each day.

If you have any additional ideas or fun ways to share the "good" or "bad" activities your elf does, DM us on IG @bambinadiaries and we will add them to this blog. In the meantime, enjoy this fun video below!
