Quick and Easy Recipes with Creative Snacks Co!

We've partnered with Creative Snacks Co to create simple recipes you can use as your go-to for the entire family. From breakfast to lunch, snacks, and dinner, here's how we have used our favorite brand to add something special to each meal.

Breakfast

Granola + Yogurt Bowl - Takes less than 5 mins!!

How to Make It: We used our Creative Snacks Co cranberry chia granola clusters, added our favorite greek yogurt, and then, topped it off with sliced bananas and a side of coffee.

Granola Pancakes for Kids - Our little ones love it and we do too!

How to Make It:

Our kids love Creative Snacks Co too, so we decided to make breakfast they would enjoy. We used De Wafflebakkers mini pancakes and added peanut butter on top. Then, we sprinkled some of our soft baked apple cinnamon raisin granola clusters and finished it off with a drizzle of maple syrup! PS: It can get a bit messy but that's ok, it's delicious.

Morning Snack

Chocolate Chia Protein Shake from Minimalist Baker

How to Make It:

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces ZICO Chocolate Coconut Water Beverage* (or Almond Milk)

  • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 frozen ripe banana (previously peeled, sliced, and frozen)

  • 1/4 cup ice

  • 2 Tbsp salted peanut or almond butter

  • 1 scoop of protein powder

  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Directions:

  • Add chocolate coconut water (or almond milk) and chia seeds to a blender and let rest for 10 minutes so the chia seeds can activate.

  • Add remaining ingredients and blend. For a thicker shake, add more ice and/or frozen banana.

  • Divide between two glasses (as original recipe is written) and serve immediately. Freeze leftovers into healthy popsicles!

Cranberry Energy Bites - Best of all, the kids can help you make it :)

How to Make It:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together heated nut/seed butter and honey until smooth.

  2. Stir in shredded coconut, oats, and mix until well combined. Add optional add-ins if desired. Fold in dried cranberries from Creative Snacks Co!

  3. Wet hands slightly and form dough tightly into 1″ – 1.5″ balls. Or, if the dough doesn’t stick together place dough in the fridge for 30 minutes prior to forming dough balls so it’s easier to handle. Press additional cranberries evenly around the dough, if desired.

  4. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator or freezer until ready to enjoy.

Poolside Charcuterie Board

Grab your latest read, a glass of rosé, and enjoy a delicious charcuterie board with your favorite Creative Snacks. This poolside treat will have something for everyone on a fun summer day.

How to Made It:

We included a few of our favorites from Creative Snacks Co to make this board: chocolate toffee pretzels, veggie chips, fruit and nuts blend, strawberry yogurt pretzels, and plantain chips!

Lunch

Cranberry Tuna Salad

When it comes to serving this tuna salad, the options are endless. You can go the traditional route and make a sandwich or wrap. It also makes a delicious salad over a bed of greens and it holds up really well as a mason jar salad to bring to work or school. Many times I also like to serve this as an appetizer on cucumber slices or rice cakes. Lastly, it makes a really good tuna melt served open-faced on a slice of multi-grain bread or on tomato slices for a lower carb option.

How to Make It

Mix all of the following ingredients together:

2 cans of solid white tuna

1/4 cup red onion, minced

1/4 cup of mayonnaise (to your liking)

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1/2 cup of dried cranberries

1/4 teaspoon of salt/pepper

You can also add some sliced apples if you'd like!

Fried Chicken Salad with dried papaya fruit and fresh fruit

How to Make It:

1 bag of spring mix from your local grocery

Make your own fried chicken breast at home and cut them into cubes or buy a 6 count nugget meal at Chick-Fil-A to add to the salad

Add fresh fruits, which in this case I used strawberries

Lastly, sprinkle in the dried papaya chunks from Creative Snacks Co

For a simple vinaigrette - use mustard, olive oil, lemon, salt, and pepper. Mix a tablespoon of mustard, two tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mason jar. Then add half a lemon and shake. Refrigerate before use.

Dinner

Coconut crusted chicken with steamed veggies

How to Make It

I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs from Publix. Coated them with flour first and then dipped them in egg before adding the Creative Snacks Co coconut topping.

To make the coconut topping, we used salt, pepper, a teaspoon of ground ginger and crushed organic coconut snacks from Creative Snacks Co!

Bake in the oven at 425 for 20 mins and let chicken stand for 5 mins before serving

Veggies can be whatever you have but we made steamed edamame.

Dessert

Berry fruit bowl with dark chocolate almonds

How to Make It

Wash and cut blueberries and strawberries and place them in a small bowl with Creative Snacks Co dark chocolate covered almonds! Enjoy.

Sweet + Savory Popcorn

How to Make it

I used any store-bought popcorn and then added in Creative Snacks Co almond clusters with cranberries and cacao nibs. Mix them around and enjoy it! It's the perfect treat for a movie at home or even while you're watching your favorite show.
